I think my student engagement has really improved a lot, I am very introverted in general so it was not as easy for me to get comfortable sharing and talking to a room full of people back then, but after doing this for close to 2 years I can say that I am a lot more comfortable getting to know and interact with students on a more personal basis rather than purely just be present to deliver lesson material!
