About Zenith Education Studio
Zenith Education Studio is expanding its presence in Vietnam, and we are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive student recruitment and market growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the education landscape, business development expertise, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Growth & Strategy – Develop and execute strategies to expand Zenith’s presence in Vietnam, increasing student enrolment and brand recognition.
- Sales & Business Development – Drive student recruitment efforts through direct outreach, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships with schools, universities, and corporate partners to enhance recruitment opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Hiring – Recruit, manage, and mentor a local sales team, ensuring performance targets are met and fostering a strong company culture.
- Event & Promotion Management – Oversee student recruitment events, career fairs, and marketing initiatives.
- Operational Oversight – Ensure smooth execution of business processes, enrolment procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking – Provide regular progress updates, market insights, and performance reports to the Singapore office to align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in education recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in leading teams and achieving growth targets.
- Strong network within the Vietnamese education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
