Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. At Zenith, you will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations in a high-growth education company.
You will work closely with and receive mentorship from an experienced team committed to building a strong, values-driven culture. Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding processes such as organising orientation sessions and guiding new hires
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Provide support for HR operations including documentation and maintaining employee records
- Contribute to improving internal HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience in an education-focused environment
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations
- Prior experience in administrative or HR-related roles (internships, part-time, or school projects) is a bonus
*This position is open to part-time applicants (minimum commitment of 3 days a week).
