Finance & Customer Excellence Associate
We’re looking for a dynamic Finance & Customer Excellence Associate who thrives at the intersection of backend precision and front-facing service. In this hybrid role, you will manage essential finance operations while ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for our students and parents.
You’ll work closely with both the finance and operations teams to drive internal efficiency and external satisfaction—making a direct impact on our growing community.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations
- Oversee daily finance functions including payments, refunds, and student registrations
- Maintain and manage our CRM and billing systems
- Process journal entries, reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial reports
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and audits
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all finance-related tasks
Customer Experience & Centre Support
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer billing and payment queries
- Provide prompt support to parents and students via email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Manage front desk operations and assist in student onboarding and withdrawals
- Support the coordination of centre activities and ensure a smooth daily experience for all clients
- Assist with feedback collection and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance operations and/or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to at least 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week
