Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson materials (printing, stapling, laminating)
  • Restock and tidy the welfare corner (snacks, fridge items)
  • Keep the centre neat (wipe tables, clear trash, arrange chairs)
  • Record inventory and help with stock-taking
  • Assist with student registrations and basic enquiries
  • Open/close the centre and support ad hoc duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Responsible and reliable, with good time management
  • Friendly and approachable, comfortable interacting with students and parents
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things neat and organised
  • Comfortable handling basic admin tasks (printing, simple spreadsheets, answering queries)
  • Willing to take on ad hoc duties as needed
